This place has been an absolute life savior for so many. Times are hard for everyone right now. For whatever length your stay may be for, I promise you, you'll get the best managers I have came across in years. Tyrone and Jessica, have honestly blown me away with how well they keep up with everything and everyone. The new owner as well. They are always there if you ever need anything. They have truly turned this place around for the better. As long as you respect the property and them. You will have the best experience!

This facility is now under new ownership/management as of 05/10/23. rooms have been updated. New smart TV's, Wi-Fi, new microwaves, mini refrigerators. More updates to come in the future. We are working hard to meet the needs of our customers. Please ignore the previous negative comments prior to 5/10/2023 as we are working to get previous experiences under old management removed. This motel was heaven sent. Jessica and Tyrone, the managers, live on the property and were very helpful and encouraging. They made us feel comfortable and at home. We stayed 6 weeks while waiting to move into the home we bought. The room was spacious. There was a queen bed, a dresser, night stand, smart TV, a microwave, and a mini fridge. To help us feel more like being at home, we were allowed to bring our 2 recliners and my husband's mattress. He has back issues, and this stay would have been unbearable without these. We have 2 dogs, that were welcomed as the family they are. The pet fee was reasonable. The weekly rate is unbeatable. The water pressure was awesome, and there was always hot water, which was important to me as i loved a hot relaxing bath. Since there are quite a few long stay guests, it felt more like a community than a motel. As excited as we are to be in our home, we definitely miss the awesome environment we experienced here. If we ever have another situation where we need a home away from home, we will be returning here. Thank you, Jessica and Tyrone, for providing us peace and comfort during a stressful time for us!

The American Inn has been a life saver for our family! Jessica and Tyron r the property managers they do a great job of keeping it running smoothly. They make sure the yard is kept cut and the long stay guest keep the outside of their rooms looking clean. Such a great place to stay!

We showed up at 2 am when we couldnt travel anymore we were checked in without any issues the room was clean and the shower was hot! We didnt know what to expect from the outside but it was nice!

So relaxed here, I don't usually get good sleep in hotels but I stayed here for over a month! It's a remodeled room new bed, hard floors, fresh paint, bright led lighting and a smart flat screen HDTV with wifi YouTube Netflix and with Direct there are hundreds of free movie channels tv. Wifi is strong and the location is just a mile from Walmart and Meyers MCDonalds. Friendly staff are very nice and helpful, huge park like grassy area for outdoor activities. The new owners make you feel safe and protected like you are staying as a guest in a friend's house, very respectful. Thanks Toni and Abbi!

I came north for work and was undecided as to were I wanted to live. I stayed here for close to 2 months at a very reasonable rate for the size of the room. The Family that runs the place are very sweet. I was staying alone and in a strange place and never once did I feel afraid as they do not allow any questionable people to stay there. At one point the manager said most people wouldn't ask this but why do you continued to stay here? As I could of rented a house for what I was paying them. I told him I'm just not sure where I want to be yet and I feel safe here. The rooms are nice size there is ample room to put clothing and the microwave and mini fridge were a bonus given the length of my stay. Overall a very nice experience for the money. Some others in the area that rent rooms by the week don't hold a candle to this place. I went and looked at all of them before I made my choice. The others were dumps. Many of the people I met while I was there were People that come back yr after yr for the value and the nice peaceful experience. Keep up the Good Work....
